This Privacy Policy explains what information Lightning Studio collects when you use our website, apps and games, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language on purpose.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Lightning Studio ("Lightning", "we", "our" or "us") is a creative-technology studio based in Da Nang, Vietnam. We operate the https://lightning-studio.org website, apps and games published under the Lightning Studio, Lightning Lab and Lightning Game names, together with related features and content (collectively, the "Services").
This policy applies to every Service that links to it. It does not cover third-party websites, app stores or services that have their own privacy policies, even if you reach them from our Services. By using the Services you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Use.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact details. When you write to us, use a contact form or request a quote, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message or files.
- Account details. Some apps or games let you create an account or sign in with a third-party provider. We then receive the information needed to run the account, such as a display name, email address or the identifier the provider gives us.
- Purchase details. Purchases are processed by the app store or payment provider you use (for example Google Play or the App Store). We receive a confirmation of the transaction but never your full card number.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Log and usage data. Like most online services we record the Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser or device type, operating system, language, pages or screens visited, referring page, time and date of the visit, time spent, crashes and similar diagnostics.
- Device identifiers. Our apps and games may collect device identifiers and the advertising identifier assigned by your operating system (Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID).
- Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a website remember your preferences (for example the language you chose on this site) and measure traffic. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to warn you before one is stored; some parts of the Services may then not work as intended.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health, biometric, religious or political information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, operate, maintain and secure the Services;
- respond to your messages, quotes and support requests;
- process purchases and deliver the content you bought;
- understand how the Services are used so that we can fix problems and improve them;
- show and measure advertising in our free apps and games (see section 4);
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We only use personal information for the purposes it was collected for, or for compatible purposes you would reasonably expect.
4. Advertising
Many of our apps and games are free to download and are supported by advertising. We and our advertising partners, including Google AdMob and Google AdSense, may use cookies, software development kits (SDKs), advertising identifiers and similar technologies to serve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and, where you allow it, show ads that match your interests.
Advertising partners process this data under their own privacy policies. You can limit interest-based advertising at any time in your device settings ("Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID" on Android) and by resetting your advertising identifier. 5. Service providers
We rely on trusted third-party companies to host the Services, store data, process payments, deliver advertising, analyse usage and report crashes. These providers may access personal information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually required not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Examples include web-hosting providers, Google services (such as Forms, Sheets, AdMob and Firebase) and the app stores through which our apps are distributed.
6. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- with the service providers described in section 5;
- when required by law, regulation, legal process or a lawful request from a public authority;
- to protect the rights, property or safety of Lightning, our users or the public, including to investigate fraud or abuse;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy;
- with your consent, or at your direction.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Contact messages are generally kept while we work with you and for a reasonable time afterwards so that we can follow up. Server logs are rotated regularly. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as HTTPS encryption, access controls and reputable hosting, to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your data we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, restrict, port or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent you have given, and to object to certain processing. Users in Vietnam have the rights set out in Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection; users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have the rights set out in the GDPR.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@lightning-studio.org. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also uninstall an app, delete an in-app account where that option is offered, or stop using the website at any time.
10. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the higher minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Some of our games are rated for younger audiences; in those games we do not ask for personal information and we only use advertising configured for child-directed treatment. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. International transfers
Lightning is located in Vietnam and our service providers may store or process information in other countries, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information across borders we take steps to ensure it receives appropriate protection, such as relying on providers that commit to recognised data-protection standards.
12. Links to other sites
The Services may contain links to websites or services that we do not operate. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. If the change is significant we will also give notice within the affected Service. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Services after that date means you accept the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is written in English and provided in Vietnamese for convenience. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version prevails.
Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này giải thích Lightning Studio thu thập những thông tin gì khi bạn sử dụng website, ứng dụng và trò chơi của chúng tôi, chúng tôi dùng thông tin đó như thế nào và bạn có những lựa chọn nào. Chúng tôi cố ý viết ngắn gọn, dễ hiểu.
1. Chúng tôi là ai và phạm vi áp dụng
Lightning Studio ("Lightning", "chúng tôi") là một studio sáng tạo và công nghệ đặt tại Đà Nẵng, Việt Nam. Chúng tôi vận hành website https://lightning-studio.org, các ứng dụng và trò chơi phát hành dưới tên Lightning Studio, Lightning Lab và Lightning Game, cùng các tính năng và nội dung liên quan (gọi chung là "Dịch vụ").
Chính sách này áp dụng cho mọi Dịch vụ có dẫn liên kết đến đây. Chính sách không áp dụng cho website, cửa hàng ứng dụng hoặc dịch vụ của bên thứ ba có chính sách riêng, kể cả khi bạn truy cập chúng từ Dịch vụ của chúng tôi. Khi sử dụng Dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý với các thực hành được mô tả tại đây. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng không sử dụng Dịch vụ.
Các thuật ngữ viết hoa chưa được định nghĩa ở đây có nghĩa như trong Điều khoản Sử dụng của chúng tôi.
2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
2.1 Thông tin bạn cung cấp
- Thông tin liên hệ. Khi bạn viết thư, dùng biểu mẫu liên hệ hoặc yêu cầu báo giá, chúng tôi nhận các thông tin bạn chọn cung cấp như họ tên, email, số điện thoại, công ty, nội dung tin nhắn hoặc tệp đính kèm.
- Thông tin tài khoản. Một số ứng dụng hoặc trò chơi cho phép tạo tài khoản hoặc đăng nhập bằng nhà cung cấp bên thứ ba. Khi đó chúng tôi nhận các thông tin cần thiết để vận hành tài khoản như tên hiển thị, email hoặc mã định danh do nhà cung cấp cấp.
- Thông tin mua hàng. Giao dịch được xử lý bởi cửa hàng ứng dụng hoặc đơn vị thanh toán bạn sử dụng (ví dụ Google Play hoặc App Store). Chúng tôi chỉ nhận xác nhận giao dịch, không bao giờ nhận số thẻ đầy đủ của bạn.
2.2 Thông tin thu thập tự động
- Dữ liệu nhật ký và sử dụng. Như hầu hết dịch vụ trực tuyến, chúng tôi ghi nhận địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt hoặc thiết bị, hệ điều hành, ngôn ngữ, trang hoặc màn hình đã xem, trang giới thiệu, thời điểm truy cập, thời gian sử dụng, sự cố và các thông tin chẩn đoán tương tự.
- Mã định danh thiết bị. Ứng dụng và trò chơi của chúng tôi có thể thu thập mã định danh thiết bị và mã định danh quảng cáo do hệ điều hành cấp (Apple IDFA hoặc Google Advertising ID).
- Cookie và công nghệ tương tự. Cookie là tệp nhỏ lưu trên thiết bị giúp website ghi nhớ tùy chọn của bạn (ví dụ ngôn ngữ bạn chọn trên trang này) và đo lưu lượng truy cập. Bạn có thể cài đặt trình duyệt từ chối cookie hoặc cảnh báo trước khi lưu; khi đó một số phần của Dịch vụ có thể không hoạt động như mong đợi.
Chúng tôi không chủ ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân nhạy cảm như thông tin sức khỏe, sinh trắc học, tôn giáo hay quan điểm chính trị, và đề nghị bạn không gửi các thông tin này cho chúng tôi.
3. Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin như thế nào
Chúng tôi sử dụng các thông tin nêu trên để:
- cung cấp, vận hành, duy trì và bảo mật Dịch vụ;
- phản hồi tin nhắn, yêu cầu báo giá và yêu cầu hỗ trợ của bạn;
- xử lý giao dịch và giao nội dung bạn đã mua;
- hiểu cách Dịch vụ được sử dụng để khắc phục lỗi và cải thiện;
- hiển thị và đo lường quảng cáo trong các ứng dụng, trò chơi miễn phí (xem mục 4);
- tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý và thực thi Điều khoản Sử dụng.
Chúng tôi chỉ sử dụng thông tin cá nhân cho mục đích đã thu thập hoặc các mục đích tương thích mà bạn có thể dự liệu một cách hợp lý.
4. Quảng cáo
Nhiều ứng dụng và trò chơi của chúng tôi được tải miễn phí và duy trì nhờ quảng cáo. Chúng tôi và các đối tác quảng cáo, bao gồm Google AdMob và Google AdSense, có thể dùng cookie, bộ công cụ phát triển (SDK), mã định danh quảng cáo và công nghệ tương tự để phân phối quảng cáo, giới hạn số lần bạn thấy cùng một quảng cáo, đo hiệu quả quảng cáo và, nếu bạn cho phép, hiển thị quảng cáo phù hợp với sở thích của bạn.
Các đối tác quảng cáo xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của riêng họ. Bạn có thể hạn chế quảng cáo theo sở thích bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt thiết bị ("Hạn chế theo dõi quảng cáo" trên iOS, "Tắt cá nhân hóa quảng cáo" hoặc "Xóa mã quảng cáo" trên Android) và bằng cách đặt lại mã định danh quảng cáo. 5. Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ
Chúng tôi sử dụng các công ty bên thứ ba đáng tin cậy để lưu trữ Dịch vụ, lưu dữ liệu, xử lý thanh toán, phân phối quảng cáo, phân tích mức sử dụng và báo cáo sự cố. Các nhà cung cấp này chỉ được truy cập thông tin cá nhân để thực hiện công việc thay mặt chúng tôi và có nghĩa vụ hợp đồng không tiết lộ hay sử dụng cho mục đích khác. Ví dụ: nhà cung cấp hosting, các dịch vụ của Google (như Forms, Sheets, AdMob và Firebase) và các cửa hàng ứng dụng phân phối ứng dụng của chúng tôi.
6. Khi nào chúng tôi chia sẻ thông tin
Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ thông tin:
- với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ nêu tại mục 5;
- khi pháp luật, quy định, thủ tục tố tụng hoặc yêu cầu hợp pháp của cơ quan nhà nước đòi hỏi;
- để bảo vệ quyền, tài sản hoặc sự an toàn của Lightning, người dùng hoặc cộng đồng, bao gồm điều tra gian lận hoặc lạm dụng;
- trong khuôn khổ sáp nhập, mua lại hoặc chuyển nhượng tài sản; khi đó chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trước khi thông tin của bạn chịu sự điều chỉnh của một chính sách khác;
- khi có sự đồng ý hoặc theo chỉ dẫn của bạn.
7. Thời gian lưu trữ
Chúng tôi chỉ lưu thông tin cá nhân trong thời gian cần thiết cho các mục đích nêu trong chính sách này, trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu thời gian dài hơn. Tin nhắn liên hệ thường được lưu trong thời gian làm việc với bạn và một khoảng thời gian hợp lý sau đó để tiện theo dõi. Nhật ký máy chủ được xoay vòng định kỳ. Khi không còn cần thiết, chúng tôi xóa hoặc ẩn danh hóa thông tin.
8. Bảo mật
Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức hợp lý như mã hóa HTTPS, kiểm soát truy cập và dịch vụ hosting uy tín để bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân khỏi mất mát, lạm dụng và truy cập trái phép. Không có phương thức truyền tải qua Internet hay lưu trữ điện tử nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nên chúng tôi không thể bảo đảm an toàn tuyệt đối. Nếu phát hiện sự cố ảnh hưởng đến dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho bạn và cơ quan có thẩm quyền theo quy định pháp luật.
9. Quyền và lựa chọn của bạn
Tùy nơi bạn sinh sống, bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, cập nhật, hạn chế, chuyển hoặc xóa thông tin cá nhân chúng tôi đang lưu giữ, rút lại sự đồng ý đã cho và phản đối một số hoạt động xử lý. Người dùng tại Việt Nam có các quyền quy định tại Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân; người dùng tại Khu vực Kinh tế Châu Âu và Vương quốc Anh có các quyền theo GDPR.
Để thực hiện các quyền này, hãy gửi email đến support@lightning-studio.org. Chúng tôi có thể cần xác minh danh tính trước khi xử lý và sẽ phản hồi trong thời hạn pháp luật quy định. Bạn cũng có thể gỡ ứng dụng, xóa tài khoản trong ứng dụng (nếu có tùy chọn này) hoặc ngừng sử dụng website bất cứ lúc nào.
10. Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em
Dịch vụ không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi (hoặc độ tuổi tối thiểu cao hơn theo quy định tại quốc gia của bạn) và chúng tôi không chủ ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em. Một số trò chơi của chúng tôi được xếp hạng cho đối tượng nhỏ tuổi; trong các trò chơi đó chúng tôi không yêu cầu thông tin cá nhân và chỉ dùng quảng cáo được cấu hình cho nội dung hướng đến trẻ em. Nếu bạn là cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ và cho rằng trẻ đã cung cấp thông tin cá nhân cho chúng tôi, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xóa ngay.
11. Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài
Lightning đặt tại Việt Nam và các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ của chúng tôi có thể lưu trữ hoặc xử lý thông tin ở quốc gia khác, bao gồm Hoa Kỳ. Khi chuyển thông tin cá nhân qua biên giới, chúng tôi thực hiện các bước để bảo đảm thông tin được bảo vệ phù hợp, chẳng hạn chỉ dùng nhà cung cấp cam kết tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn bảo vệ dữ liệu được công nhận.
12. Liên kết đến trang khác
Dịch vụ có thể chứa liên kết đến website hoặc dịch vụ không do chúng tôi vận hành. Chúng tôi không kiểm soát và không chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung hay thực hành bảo mật của các trang bên thứ ba. Bạn nên đọc chính sách quyền riêng tư của mọi trang mình truy cập.
13. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này theo thời gian. Khi đó, phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này và ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở trên sẽ được thay đổi. Với thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi cũng sẽ thông báo trong Dịch vụ bị ảnh hưởng. Thay đổi có hiệu lực kể từ khi đăng; việc bạn tiếp tục sử dụng Dịch vụ sau ngày đó đồng nghĩa với việc chấp nhận chính sách đã cập nhật.

15. Ngôn ngữ
Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này được soạn bằng tiếng Anh và cung cấp bản tiếng Việt để thuận tiện tham khảo. Nếu có sự khác biệt giữa hai bản, bản tiếng Anh được ưu tiên áp dụng.
